By downloading, installing, or using Adam & Eve ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The App contains mature content including intimate questions, romantic scenarios, and adult themes.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only with consenting partners. All activities suggested by the App are meant to be performed with full mutual consent. You may stop any activity at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a Premium subscription or one-time purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Content Disclaimer

The App provides entertainment content for couples. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. All content is provided "as is" without warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is owned by Azin LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Azin LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
